You might have noticed that a small group of us sit in the choir stalls quite often. If you can sing and would like to join, we would love to have you join us. We are mainly people who have sung in choirs in the past and just enjoy singing.

GPUC held two information sessions about the upcoming Voice Referendum was a great success, with approximately 90 people from across the local district attending.

Our Friday Fun Connnections families together with 5 Volunteers from Boomerang Bags sewed 9 sustainable bags from start to finish. 

Last week we were delighted to have the best response this year for food from both sites. The demand for emergency food is extremely high at the moment, so please do keep giving what you are able.

Our Biggest Morning Tea last Monday was a fun event with a wonderful turn out of 50 people coming along to enjoy lots of food, chatter and quizzes.

On Sunday 28th May begins Uniting in Prayer—26 days of prayer across the whole Uniting Church. All who call the Uniting Church home are invited to take part between Pentecost Sunday and the 46th Anniversary of the Uniting Church on 22 June.

The Stitching Group is now meeting in the daytime, after 30 years at 7.30pm! Join in on Thursdays from 11am — 2pm, in Gordon’s Yellow Room. BYO sandwich, and tea and coffee will be available.
