Harmony Day Event
What a fantastic turnout we had of over 180 people to our Harmony Day Multicultural Festival on Thursday! We had various activities all over the Gordon complex: Iranian singing and poetry, Korean drummers, Chinese dancers, Bollywood dancing & singing in the Hall; our TAFE group assisting people to plant seeds in the Courtyard; a half hour session of Yoga in the Yellow Room; and a Uruguayan artist leading painting in the Red Room; not to mention a wonderful sausage sizzle lunch.
A big thank you to our community services collaborators, Uniting NDIS Partners in the Community and Carers Gateway Your Side. Also a heartfelt thank you to our ever-supportive and wonderful team of GPUC volunteers
and staff for all their hard work.
What an amazing celebration of diversity in our community!
